The apartment is fully furnished, air conditioned, with independent heating, with free WI-FI connection, 2 TVs and with parquet laid both in the living area and in the sleeping area. - LIVING ROOM: there is a comfortable sofa bed with a double mattress inside and a 55-inch smart TV. - KITCHEN: it is equipped with all appliances: oven and stove, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave oven, capsule coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. There are utensils and tableware for 4 people: pots, oven dishes, cutlery, salad bowls, plates, glasses, cups, mugs and much more. The tap water is drinkable, controlled and allows you to avoid the use of plastic bottles. There is a table with 4 chairs and there are placemats and tea towels, and you will find cleaning products. - BEDROOM: there is a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe with hangers for coats, trousers and skirts and a 32-inch ceiling TV.
